- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons clear vanilla extract
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- ¾ cups rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line the pan with foil, and lightly spray with baking spray.
- Stir together melted butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt, then fold in the sprinkles.
- Spread the batter in the pan and bake for 23-25 minutes until set but still gooey.
Notes
- Use higher quality jimmies so they don’t melt – any color can be used. Do not use non-pareils.
- Wait until they’re cool to cut.
- I recommend baking in a metal pan with foil or parchment paper for easy removal.
