- 1 lb spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 4 hot dogs, sliced
- 2 teaspoons epis (Haitian seasoning blend)
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Slices of avocado (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
- Add sliced hot dogs and cook until browned.
- Stir in epis and crushed tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet. Mix well to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and avocado slices.
