Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line the baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and white chocolate (if using) with lemon zest over low heat.
- Whisk in sugars, then eggs, vanilla, lemon extracts, and lemon juice.
- Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 18-25 minutes.
- Cool and apply lemon glaze.
