- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken to the skillet and season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken until it’s browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and serve hot.
